Letting terms

Minimum - two nights on weekends, three nights on long weekends, four nights for Easter and Anzac long weekend. Summer holidays minimum 5 nights.
50% refund up to five days before arrival.
Date changes considered on request.

Shoulder Season - minimum 2 nights. 10% discount for 7 nights 

Friday 22 September to Thursday 21 December - $400 per night.

Low Season - minimum 2 nights. 10% discount for 7 nights.

Monday 1 May 2017 to Thursday 21 September Friday and Saturday $400 per night. Sunday to Thursday $300 per night

Peak Season - minimum 5 nights. 10% discount for 7 nights.

Friday 22 December to Saturday 28 January - $600 per night.

Full linen provided. 
Wifi limt 100GB per week/weekend extra charged as per Terms
Four hours cleaning included in tariff. 

House rules

No smoking.
Not suitable for pets.
No parties or events.
The back of the house is a cul de sac so please keep noise down outside near garage especially when arriving late, turn off the outside light over the main door as it shines into the neighbors high bedroom windows. Quiet after 9pm please.
